Last week, the most important fair in gaming worldwide was held: ICE Totally Gaming 2017, and as is always the case, the KIROL Group was present to exhibit innovations in its technological branch, KIROLSOFT.
For the third consecutive year, KIROLSOFT's impressive stand has become the meeting point for attendees looking for the most innovative solutions for the use of gaming and sports betting.
The Basque company´s omni-channel platform has been one of the biggest draws of the trade fair. Software developed entirely by KIROLSOFT goes beyond the multichannel, since, in addition to adaptation to all sales channels (online and offline), it enables perfect integration through its client card. Operators, software developers and figures from the sector who ventured into “KIROLSOFT territory" in London were able to sample for themselves the onmi-channel experience offered by their gaming platform.
Using the client card as a main theme, the KIROL Group expedition was able to perform real demonstrations of its omni-channel platform. The start of the tour was at the point equipped with online devices where the user could login with his or her account and place bets in both the Pc version and the app for IOS and Android. Once the account balance was verified, the next stop was the betting terminals (the company´s own model), where thanks to the customer card, attendees could see for themselves that betting with the same account using the same balance is already a reality with KIROLSOFT.
